Claire Pope Mitchell
Claire is a trained holistic therapist who aims to create a safe space where her clients feel seen, heard and valued for who they truly are. She meets them exactly where they are and supports them through their therapeutic journey with compassion.
In order to offer the most comprehensive and effective support possible, she draws upon her knowledge and experience from her varied and extensive training and professional career. She has attained a first-class undergraduate degree in Psychology, an ILM accredited certification in Wellbeing Coaching and in is currently undertaking training to become a chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia specialist with a special interest in Menopause. Claire has put together a program to support women going through this change. Her key message is Choice.
In addition, she has worked in multiple professional environments supporting individuals who have experienced challenges related to their mental wellbeing.
After seeing many clients suffer similar issues as she was herself when going through menopause, it was clear that there are a large amount of women that need support at this time of life. So Claire started the Menopause Cafe. This pop up space is a safe space for people to talk all things menopause and everyone is welcome.
