Emily has experience of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. She has successfully supported both employer and employee clients through the Employment Tribunal process, including for claims of discrimination, unfair dismissal and equal pay.

She is currently acting for the Claimant in a claim for sex and disability discrimination related to menopause. She is also acting for the Appellant an Employment Appeal Tribunal case against a judgment by the Employment Tribunal in regard to harassment related to sex. The Employment Tribunal judgment attracted worldwide media attention.
